Decaf French Roast
The versatility of our Brazil Prima Qualita is staggering. It was chosen as the main component of our French Roast because it contains many crucial components for making a good French Roast. Most French Roasts don't carry any flavor, other than pure roast. Our goal was to select a bean that had the ability to maintain a great flavor without straying into the "charcoaly" zone. We wanted the flavor to come through the darker roast, but still have a creamy body. The result is a syrupy, balanced, and extremely full-bodied coffee.
Decaf Joe Blend
Found on film and television stages sets all over Los Angeles, this melange of "Dark" and "Peak" roasted beans from Central America and Indonesia keeps Hollywood crews and staffs going strong all day and night long.
