Utilizing five different coffees, our medium blend of espresso incorporates three different roast profiles to ensure optimal flavor and balance in the best traditions of Central Italy. Producing fantastic crema characterized by a scattering of "chocolate flecks" across the top, this smooth bodied and great tasting espresso is excellent straight up or cutting through milk in a Latte. Our most versatile blend, it is also perfect for those who demand a heavier, robust brewed House-Blend coffee.

A true Italian blend! This bright espresso is a symphony of complex flavors, blending a brightly acidic front with fruity middle to a honey like finish all wrapped in an "elegantly leathery aroma aced with chocolate." The thick reddish-bronze crema characteristic to this blend makes it a favorite for latte' art.

This seven bean blend produces a dark, thick, sweet and pungent shot with a nice crema. A dark rich blend with a selection of peak roasted beans blended in to sweeten and counterbalance the dark roasty notes. Hints of apple and berry wrapped in smoke. We designed this blend to punch through even big latte's or to be snapped back as a short shot.

An exotic work of art! Tangy, spicy flavors from our Indian and Pacific-based coffees jump out within a sweet envelope of South America's finest to produce an espresso that is alluring and never forgetful. Rich and unctuous without being overpowering as a straight shot, this espresso's synergy in milk-based drinks brings out an almost milk chocolate flavor. Roasted similarly to Norte', Bella Luna is a counterpart to Norte' in our expression of the Northern Italian espresso traditions.

We don't take the simple choices...even with our decaf coffees. Our decaf espresso is a blend of five premium decaf beans designed to produce a sweet even shot of espresso and the maximum crema that can be pulled from decaffeinated beans. A decaf convergence of Caffe' diNorte' and Caffe' diPalermo flavor profiles, this blend is a dark sweet coffee designed to punch through milk and give decaf drinkers a taste of what they're missing!
