In 1976, in a small kitchen in Berkeley, California's "gourmet ghetto," Don and Susie Morris created their first madeleines. Using an authentic recipe from France and only the finest ingredients, the French teacakes inspired the pair to share the rich, buttery flavor and soft, moist texture of their delightful Donsuemor Madeleines with America.
