Our biscotti is rich and slightly softer in texture as we use an abundance of the more expensive ingredients -- nuts and butter! As our biscotti is not rock-hard, your customers may elect to dip or not! We still choose to hand dip our biscotti because no machine can give the smooth rounded corners and drizzle down the sides that spells "homemade"!
